Reservation Services Representative
to assist clients with reservation requests, research, confirmations, and ongoing coordination. This remote role is best suited for someone who enjoys communicating with people, staying organized, and making sure important details are handled accurately.
The adecuado candidate is dependable, attentive, and comfortable assisting clients throughout the reservation process while managing multiple requests.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients regarding reservation needs and preferences
- Research available accommodations, transportation, activities, and related services
- Assist with coordinating reservations and confirmations
- Review reservation information to ensure details are accurate
- Provide clients with updates, confirmations, and relevant information
- Help coordinate modifications and special requests
- Maintain organized client and reservation records
- Follow up on pending requests and required information
- Communicate with service providers when additional coordination is needed
- Provide courteous and professional client support throughout the process
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
- Professional and customer-focused approach
- Comfortable working with email, online platforms, and digital systems
- Ability to research and organize information efficiently
- Strong follow-up and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities
- Previous experience in customer service, reservations, hospitality, or related fields is helpful but not required
