We are looking for an experienced, confident, and empathetic Legal Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, conduct structured intake interviews to gather case details, build trust and rapport quickly with individuals often calling during a difficult moment, and accurately document sensitive case information in the firm's systems. This is a people-first, detail-driven role idóneo for someone who thrives on the phone,
