About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Website Project Manager
to lead multiple website projects from kickoff to launch while ensuring exceptional quality, timely delivery, and outstanding client experiences.
This role is adecuado for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, enjoys leading cross-functional teams, and has a strong understanding of website development and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management & Execution
- Develop project timelines, milestones, and resource plans to ensure smooth execution.
- Assess and define project goals, scope, and deliverables.
- Identify potential risks before the project begins and develop mitigation plans.
- Monitor project hours, budget, and team performance to ensure efficiency.
- Oversee resource allocation, preventing overuse or underutilization.
- Ensure all project-related files, reports, and documentation are well-organized and up to date.
- Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
2. Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the web development team.
- Promote collaboration and efficiency within the team.
- Monitor attendance, performance, and workload distribution.
- Conduct quarterly and semi-annual performance reviews
- Provide coaching and mentorship to team members.
- Communicate any team concerns or challenges to management.
3. Monitoring & Reporting
