About the Role:
As a Senior Benefits Analyst, you will serve as a key member of our Benefit Administration team, offering both strategic leadership and hands-on expertise. Your responsibilities will include configuring and maintaining electronic benefit enrollment systems, mentoring Benefit Analysts, and acting as a subject matter expert for critical benefits projects—including ACA compliance, DataBridge integrations, and 401(k) administration.
You will work closely with internal teams, vendors, brokers, and carriers to ensure seamless benefits operations, provide expert support for complex benefit inquiries, and drive process improvement initiatives. Your analytical skills, attention to detail,
and collaborative spirit will be essential in maintaining operational accuracy and supporting annual renewals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor and train Benefit Analysts, supporting their growth and development.
- Oversee and troubleshoot benefit enrollment platforms and system integrations.
- Lead payroll audits related to benefit deductions and ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Support compliance efforts, including ACA reporting and 1095-C form generation.
- Manage data file feeds and handle data discrepancies with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Prepare custom reports for management, vendors, and clients.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on PrismHR and related benefit configurations.
- Administer FSA, HSA, and 401(k) plans, ensuring accurate implementation and ongoing management.
- Provide escalation support for complex benefit inquiries and customer calls.
