Insight Integral is hiring Recruiters to join our growing recruiting team in Bogotá, supporting large hiring initiatives across North America. This is an opportunity to join a $5B talent, consulting, and AI solutions company while partnering with some of the largest organizations in the United States.

What You'll Do

- Recruit professionals for North American clients
- Source, screen, interview, and manage candidates through the hiring process
- Partner closely with client-facing teams and hiring managers
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other sourcing tools
- Manage recruitment activity in a structured, KPI-driven environment
- Build talent pipelines and maintain strong candidate relationships
- Execute high-volume recruiting initiatives while delivering an exceptional candidate experience

What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of recruiting experience supporting North American markets
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed,



ZipRecruiter, and similar job boards
- Strong candidate-facing communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Ability to work onsite in Bogotá four days per week

Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare recruiting experience
- RPO or high-volume recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for healthcare payers and providers
- Experience recruiting Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, or other clinical talent
- IT recruiting experience will also be considered
