We’re looking for a bilingual CSR (English & Spanish) to provide customer support and handle admin tasks. This role supports our operations and ensures smooth communication with clients and technicians.

This position is remote in Colombia.

Compensation:

$8 - $10 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Find patterns in customer complaints and bring them to the team for improvement
- Ensure customer account information is up-to-date
- Utilize scripts to handle difficult customer situations and bring them higher up, if necessary
- Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Keep customer satisfaction levels high by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and mitigating complaints
- Support customers via phone, email, and chat
- Handle scheduling, data entry, and document management

Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills in English & Spanish required
- Customer service/admin experience
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to multitask
- Experience with the fire protection industry (alarms, sprinklers, extinguishers,



backflow, suppression systems) is a plus
- Working directly with technicians and customers
- Using platforms such as Service Fusion is preferred
- Familiarity with scheduling, dispatching, and service calls
- Knowledge of NFPA standards and fire protection terminology
