This is a full-time remote role for an Immigration Legal Assistant at Leleu & Gomez Alfaro LLC. The Immigration Legal Assistant will be responsible for preparing legal documents, assisting with various legal tasks, providing administrative support, and effectively communicating with clients and team members. The day-to-day tasks include managing case files, scheduling appointments, conducting research, and maintaining accurate records. Work 100% remote.

Qualifications
- Knowledge of Immigration Law processes
- Legal Document Preparation
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- English proficiency, oral, written, and listening skills are preferred
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Team player
- Knowledge on Monday, Slack, CLIO, OOMA, and Podium (desirable)
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or related field (preferred)




- Being able to receive wire payments Main Duties: • Communicate with clients through calls, messages, or emails.
- Gather information, documents and signatures from clients
- Process payments from clients
- Set up in-person appointments
- Follow up on pending cases
- Update notes on the corresponding platforms
- Provide existing clients' status
- Put together packages to file to government entities.
- Translate documents
- Other tasks related to the job position.
