Team Overview

The Manager, Integral Technology – Decision Solutions is responsible The Decisioning Fraud Technology team is responsible for delivering and operating technology platforms that support fraud prevention, identity verification, authentication, and risk decisioning capabilities across the organization. The team partners closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, and Operations teams to ensure scalable, secure, and resilient technology solutions that support key business objectives. This role reports to a technology leadership position responsible for fraud platform strategy and delivery.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Role Overview And Core Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technology strategy for Decisioning Fraud and related platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise technology roadmaps.




- Lead platform modernization initiatives that improve scalability, resiliency, performance, and operational efficiency.
- Oversee end-to-end software delivery, including solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Business stakeholders to prioritize strategic initiatives and technology investments.
- Drive continuous improvement programs that enhance delivery effectiveness, product quality, and operational risk management.
- Ensure platform availability, reliability, security, and compliance across development, testing, and production environments.
- Lead the resolution of critical production incidents, coordinate root cause analysis activities, and implement long-term corrective actions.
- Support client implementations and post-sales technology engagements by ensuring solution readiness and operational excellence.
