Quorum Software is looking for a People Technology & AI Workflow Analyst to own the configuration, integration, and security-role architecture of our HR technology stack — including ADP Workforce Now, ADP Celergo, ADP Lyric, Replicon, Litmos, LRN, Culture Amp, and Kudos. You will design, build, and monitor LLM-based AI agents in n8n that automate HR data workflows end to end — from trigger and API/webhook configuration through output validation — while ensuring every system, integration, and automation stays compliant with company policy and applicable data protection regulations.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary techno-functional owner and subject matter expert for core HR systems, including ADP Workforce Now, ADP Celergo, ADP Lyric, Replicon, Litmos, LRN, Culture Amp, and Kudos.
- Configure, test, and maintain system settings, workflows, business rules, security roles, and integrations across the HRIS ecosystem.
