Genpact is seeking a Finance & Accounting Senior Manager to drive end-to-end F&A; operations (S2P, C2C, R2R) for manufacturing clients across the Americas. You will lead, mentor and develop teams while partnering with clients to deliver measurable value and transformation.
You will shape delivery through ERP expertise (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards), digital tools like RPA and analytics platforms, and a strong focus on process improvements, SLAs and governance.
