Position Title: Mid Fullstack Developer

Location: Hybrid – Medellín

Role Overview

We are seeking a Fullstack Developer with 3+ years of experience who can move seamlessly between front-end and back-end development. While expertise in the JavaScript ecosystem (Node.js, React.js, TypeScript) is expected, this role also requires adaptability to occasionally work with Java and PHP environments. Candidates should be tech-agnostic and comfortable contributing to multiple coding environments as needed.

You will work closely with multinational teams to deliver high-quality solutions and support the full product lifecycle, including backend services, APIs, and front-end features. You will engage with our entire technical stack and contribute to both product development and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and maintain fullstack solutions primarily using Node.js, React.js, and TypeScript

- Occasionally contribute to Java and PHP codebases,



learning and adapting as required

- Build and maintain scalable backend APIs and integrate with third-party services

- Develop front-end components using MUI (Material UI) in React

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, and QA

- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting issues across the stack

- Support CI/CD pipelines and adhere to software development best practices

Required Skills & Experience

- 3–5 years of experience in fullstack development or equivalent front-end/back-end roles

- Strong proficiency with Node.js, React.js, and TypeScript

- Familiarity with SQL (Microsoft SQL preferred) and NoSQL (MongoDB)

- Exposure to AWS services including SQS, EC2, Fargate, Lambda, and RDS

- Experience with version control tools such as Git/GitHub Actions

- Adaptable mindset with willingness to learn and work occasionally in Java and PHP

Nice to Have

- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Playwright)

- Experience building pure code solutions without heavy frameworks

- Background in high-growth or startup environments
