You will handle inbound calls and inquiries, gather important information, qualify potential clients, explain the next steps in the process, and help move qualified prospects toward a consultation or appointment.This role combines customer service, sales, lead qualification, and client intake, so the adecuado candidate is someone who can balance strong conversion skills with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail.What You'll DoHandle inbound calls, leads, and inquiries from potential clients.Conduct professional and empathetic intake conversations to understand each prospect's situation and needs.Gather accurate client information, documentation, and relevant details.Qualify potential clients according to established criteria.Build rapport and establish trust from the first conversation.Clearly explain available services, processes, requirements, and next steps.Identify opportunities and guide qualified prospects toward consultations, appointments, or other appropriate next steps.Handle questions and objections confidently and professionally.Follow up with prospects to obtain additional information or documentation and maximize conversion opportunities.Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in CRM and intake systems.Manage multiple conversations and follow-up activities efficiently.Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.Follow established procedures, quality standards, and compliance requirements.Work toward individual performance, quality, and conversion goals.Compensation & ContractUSD $270-$280 per week,
