operations and monitoring activities Manage and maintain

vulnerabilities during live broadcasts Liaise with compliance, operations, and risk teams to enforce game rules and integrity
standards Develop and maintain shift schedules, training plans, and

Implement improvements to the surveillance infrastructure and
workflows to optimize coverage and effectiveness Who You Are
Experienced in surveillance or security control roles, preferably
in gaming or live-stream environments Fluent in Portuguese , with
strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent attention
to detail, with the ability to identify irregular activities in
real time Organized, dependable, and capable of managing a team
through high-pressure situations Skilled in using surveillance
