Thumbnails Factory is a fast-growing creative agency specializing in YouTube thumbnails.
We currently work with approximately 45–50 active clients, produce around 350 thumbnails per month, and have a remote team of 6 designers.
We're looking for a highly organized Creative Project Manager to take ownership of our day-to-day production operations. This is not an administrative assistant role.
We're looking for someone who can manage a high volume of creative projects, make decisions independently, communicate with clients, keep designers accountable, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
What you'll own
You will be responsible for keeping our production operation running smoothly every day. This includes:
Managing all active projects and keeping our project management system up to date.
Creating and organizing new projects as client requests come in.
Assigning projects to designers based on workload, deadlines, and priorities.
Setting and managing internal deadlines.
Monitoring designer workload and capacity.
Following up with designers when projects are delayed or blocked.
Reassigning work when necessary.
Communicating with clients about timelines, revisions, missing information, and project status.
Receiving client feedback and making sure it reaches the right designer.
Identifying potential issues before they become problems.
What success looks like
You'll be successful in this role if:
Projects don't get forgotten.
Clients don't have to chase us for updates.
Designers always know what they should be working on.
Deadlines are actively managed.
Workload is distributed intelligently across the team.
Our project management system accurately reflects what's happening.
Problems are identified before they become urgent.
Who we are looking for
You may be a strong fit if you:
Have previous experience managing projects in a creative, marketing, content, video, design, or digital agency.
Have managed multiple clients and creatives simultaneous
