- Manage and coordinate LTL shipments to ensure efficient transportation.
- Schedule pickups and deliveries with carriers and customers.
- Monitor shipments through Track & Trace and provide timely status updates.
- Maintain accurate shipment information in TMS platforms.
- Communicate directly with drivers,
owner-operators, and carriers.
- Build strong relationships with carriers to ensure seamless operations.
- Track and trace loads in real time using transportation management software.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics and transportation with LTL loads.
- Technical diploma, associate degree, or bachelor's degree (completed or in progress).
- English level B2 - C1
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
