Holafly is seeking a Regional Manager of Network Operations for AMERICAS to oversee incident lifecycle and restore service across the region. You will lead a team of 5–10 engineers and coordinate with MNOs, IMSI providers and core-network vendors to maintain service continuity.
Deep knowledge of LTE/4G and 5G roaming, Diameter/DRA/HSS, and IPX/GRX is essential. Excellent English communication and leadership will help drive RCA and preventive actions across borders.
