Shift is building its Bogotá team to drive our U.S. sales operation. Based in Bogotá, you’ll reconnect warm leads who started a purchase, answer questions, and guide them to checkout. This role emphasizes fast response, objection handling, and a close-to-close sales approach.
You’ll work with a U.S.-based Regional Manager, earn a base salary in USD (paid in COP) with uncapped commission, and support a growing, tech-forward business in AI and robotics.
