Are you passionate about corporate travel and skilled at turning complex booking challenges into smooth travel experiences?
We are looking for an experienced Senior Corporate Travel Consultant with strong knowledge of GDS systems, preferably Amadeus, to support corporate travelers with complex domestic and international itineraries. In this role, you will combine technical expertise, customer care, and proactive problem-solving to deliver accurate and efficient travel solutions.
This is a 100% on-site position at our Ecotek office, located in the Unilago area.
Full-time availability is required, as this is a 24/7 operation with rotating schedules that may include weekends and holidays.
What you’ll do
- Manage complex corporate travel bookings from start to finish, including multi-leg and international itineraries across air, hotel, rail, car rental, and ground transportation.
- Create and modify PNRs manually, perform pricing and re-pricing, issue tickets, process exchanges and refunds, manage EMDs, and handle GDS queues.
- Apply fare rules, airline policies,



and corporate travel requirements to provide accurate and compliant solutions.
- Support travelers during high-impact disruptions such as cancellations, delays, schedule changes, strikes, and weather-related events.
- Help prevent ADMs by following accurate booking, ticketing, and fare application practices.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for complex bookings, escalations, and advanced GDS-related cases.
- Recommend and adjust travel options based on the client’s needs, travel policies, costs, and overall experience.
- Communicate directly with clients through email, chat, and phone in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners to resolve complex booking issues.
