TaskUs Medellín is seeking a Team Lead to mentor and guide a high-performing client-facing team in a fast-paced BPO environment. You will establish team goals, coach direct reports, and implement processes to develop problem-solving, critical thinking, and technical capabilities across the department.
You will manage KPIs such as CSAT, QA, NPS, and FCR, interview teammates, promote the department culture, ensure OSH compliance, and coordinate safety activities.
