This Solution Architect role combines deep technical expertise in
Conversational AI, Generative AI (GenAI), and Agentic
AI
with
pre-sales consulting responsibilities.
The position is responsible for designing and solutioning enterprise-grade contact center automation solutions,
integrating CCaaS platforms
