Stay Blessed Insurance is a fast-growing U.S. insurance agency, and we're hiring a bilingual (English/Spanish) Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team remotely. You'll work directly with our Guests in both English and Spanish — this is a real career with a U.S. company, not a scripted call-center job. We run on modern tools and use AI every day, so we want someone sharp, tech-savvy, and genuinely comfortable with technology.
What you'll do
- Support our Guests with quotes, policies, billing, and renewals
- Deliver excellent customer service that makes Guests want to stay with us
- Make outbound and cold calls to bring in new business
- Work across our internal systems and carrier tools (full training provided)
What we're looking for
- Fully bilingual — English and Spanish. You'll serve our Guests in both languages every day (high-level English, C1 preferred)
- Real experience in both sales and customer service,
ideally supporting U.S. Guests
- Confident and persuasive on the phone, including cold calls
- Reliable, responsible, and responsive during working hours — you show up and follow through
- Very tech-savvy and comfortable using AI tools — we use them daily for everything
- Coachable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
What you need to work remotely
- Excellent, high-speed internet — non-negotiable, and we test it
- 3 monitors, a professional headset, and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
- A reliable, up-to-date computer that can run several programs and three monitors smoothly
Schedule
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
- Thursday: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM EST
- A third day (Sunday) will be added as we grow — room to increase your hours and earnings over time.
Pay: $350/month USD, paid in USD
Bonuses: This role also earns performance bonuses for positive Guest reviews — great service
