About the Role

IGC Pharma is building AI-native tools that accelerate drug development, clinical research, and patient outcomes — shipping products that researchers and clinicians actually use. We're looking for a strategic, hands-on Product Marketing Manager to own how our products show up in the market: positioning, messaging, launches, and the content and experiments that drive adoption.

This role sits at the intersection of product, science, and go-to-market. You'll work directly with product engineers and scientists to translate complex, technical products into clear, compelling stories — and you'll build, test, and ship those stories yourself, end-to-end.

What You'll Do
- Own go-to-market strategy for IGC Pharma's products — from positioning and messaging through launch and adoption.
- Develop differentiated positioning and messaging that communicates value clearly across scientific, clinical, and business audiences.
- Validate ideas before they're built:



design and run false-door tests (landing pages that measure real intent via click-through before a feature exists) and A/B test messaging and creative, building and publishing the pages yourself using no-code tools (Webflow, Framer, or similar).
- Represent the voice of the customer — plan and facilitate customer interviews, focus groups, and need-finding research, and turn findings into recommendations product and commercial teams act on.
- Define and track the metrics that matter for each launch (CTR, conversion, engagement), using GA4, ad platform dashboards, or similar tools to read and act on the data yourself.
- Produce customer-facing content across channels — from short-form video (Reels, TikTok-style content) to product pages, sales materials, and campaigns.
- Shape our presence at industry events, conferences, and webinars — from selecting the right opportunities to executing on-site and measuring impact.
