Senior Business Process Consultant About the role

As a Senior Business Process Consultant , you will make an impact by helping clients optimize business processes, improve operational efficiency, and accelerate transformation initiatives through industry best practices and ServiceNow solutions. You will be a valued member of the Services team and work collaboratively with clients, delivery teams, process owners, technical consultants, and business development stakeholders to deliver meaningful business outcomes. In this role, you will:

Lead process assessment, design, and optimization initiatives for clients across diverse industries.

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements to support solution design and implementation.

Develop process maturity roadmaps and recommendations that drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, demos, and advisory sessions to align business objectives with ServiceNow capabilities.

Support pre-sales activities by contributing to solution design, estimations, proposals,



and client presentations. Work model

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in business process analysis, process improvement, or process transformation initiatives.

3+ years of hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow platform.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.

ServiceNow Business Process for Implementation certification.

ITIL v3 or ITIL 4 certification.
