Our client is looking for
two Customer Service Representatives
to serve as the first point of contact for new customers across the Midwest and Mountain West. This role is focused on rapid response, lead qualification, customer intake, and CRM management.

What you'll do:
✅ Respond to new leads via phone, text, email, website forms, and Facebook inquiries

✅ Qualify prospects and gather key project details

✅ Guide homeowners through measurements and photo submissions

✅ Follow up consistently on incomplete files until they are ready for quoting

✅ Maintain detailed CRM records and provide clean handoffs to the Office Manager

✅ Re-engage older leads to generate new opportunities

What we're looking for:
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, call center, appointment setting, dispatch, or inside sales

• Excellent spoken and written English





• Comfortable making 40-70 outbound calls per day in addition to inbound activity

• CRM and Google Workspace experience

• Reliable internet, dedicated workspace, and ability to work a fixed Central Time schedule

Preferred Qualifications:

• Home services, construction, HVAC, roofing, or remodeling experience

• Experience helping customers collect measurements and photos remotely

• Spanish language skills
