Mission
As the Senior Paid Media & Programmatic Advertising Specialist, you will drive scalable customer acquisition by designing, executing, and optimizing high-performing paid and organic marketing campaigns across multiple brands. You will leverage data, analytics, AI-powered marketing tools,



and performance insights to maximize lead generation, improve conversion efficiency, and increase return on advertising spend. Working across multiple customer segments and business models, you will translate business objectives into measurable marketing strategies while continuously improving campaign performance through testing, optimization, and data-driven decision making.
Outcomes
- Paid Acquisition Performance: Develop, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, Display, and other digital channels that consistently achieve lead generation, conversion, and ROAS targets.
- Campaign Optimization: Continuously improve campaign performance through audience segmentation, bid strategy optimization, A/B testing, creative refinement, and landing page optimization, reducing cost per acquisition while increasing lead quality and conversion rates.
