POSITION SUMMARY The Power Platform Solution Analyst is responsible for the analysis, simplification, and digital enablement of business processes and data flows across the organization, supporting operational efficiency within Kruger’s legacy system environment.

Working at the intersection of Business, Process Management, and Digital Enablement (AI, Automation, and Applications), the analyst collaborates with Process Owners, Subject Matter Experts, and IT teams to deliver practical, scalable improvements that reduce manual effort, improve data quality, and enhance workflow performance.

The Business Process Optimization & Automation Analyst focuses on process mapping, solution design, and hands-on implementation of automation and digital tools, while contributing to long-term enterprise readiness.

The Business Process Optimization & Automation Analyst reports to the Senior Director, Process Harmonization & Optimization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Process & Data Flow Analysis

- Map and document end-to-end business processes and associated data flows across functions.
- Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, manual activities, and data gaps.
- Support enterprise initiatives to simplify, harmonize, standardize, and rationalize processes across business units.
- Translate identified improvement opportunities into clear, actionable requirements and future-state process designs.

Automation & Digital Enablement Execution

- Assess and prioritize automation opportunities based on business value, effort, scalability, and risk.
- Design, configure, and implement solutions using:
- Microsoft Power Automate (workflow orchestration and automation)
- Power Apps (lightweight applications to improve data capture and usability)
- Copilot Agents / Copilot Studio (AI-assisted workflows and user guidance)
- Robotic Process Automation (RPA) for repetitive, rules-based activities




- Collaborate with developers and IT teams to support AI-assisted applications (e.g., Claude-coded apps), including testing, validation, and refinement.
- Ensure solutions are practical, maintainable, and aligned with business and operational requirements.

Process Governance & Standardization Support

- Maintain a centralized inventory of process maps, automation solutions, and supporting documentation.
- Apply and follow enterprise standards for process mapping, documentation, and automation design.
- Ensure documentation is accurate, controlled, and maintained as a reusable organizational asset.
- Support broader process harmonization initiatives through consistent execution and documentation practices.

Performance Measurement & Continuous Improvement

- Define and track KPIs and metrics related to process efficiency and automation performance.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying process issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives using structured methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma principles).
- Ensure implemented solutions deliver measurable and sustainable operational improvements.

Stakeholder Engagement & Change Enablement

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, validate solutions, and ensure alignment with operational needs.
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions to support process understanding and solution design.
- Support change management activities, including communication, training materials, and adoption tracking.




- Promote the adoption of new tools and workflows to ensure realized business benefits.

Enterprise Alignment & Future Readiness

- Ensure process and data flow documentation contributes to enterprise-wide visibility and future ERP readiness.
- Identify dependencies and constraints within the legacy system landscape.

Support alignment between process improvements, data flows, and long-term system strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 4 to 6 years of experience in process analysis, continuous improvement, or automation-related roles
- Demonstrated experience with process mapping and workflow optimization
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Exposure to RPA and/or AI-enabled solutions is an asset

Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or multi-system environments is pereferable.

- Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio
- RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate Desktop)
- Process mapping tools (Visio, Abacus)
- Collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint)
- ERP systems (JD Edwards, SAP, or equivalent)
- Basic understanding of data structures and integration concepts.

Languages

- Strong verbal and written communication in English.
