On behalf of Huawei, a world-renowned IT and Communications Company, we are looking for a proactive and commercially focused Compliance Specialist to support the compliance management of large-scale ICT projects.The successful candidate will partner closely with Sales, Project Delivery, Procurement, and Collection teams to ensure projects achieve their objectives while maintaining strict compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk controls.Responsibility Description:Document Compliance Review: Review the compliance of contracts, agreements, business solutions, and internal/external documents for the rep office.
Conduct thorough contract reviews to identify compliance-related clauses, provide clear feedback, and take responsibility for review outcomes.Compliance Risk Map Management: Support the rep office in understanding compliance landscapes and identifying/assessing risks in anti-bribery, financial compliance, trade compliance, privacy protection, bidding/tendering, trade secrets, and content compliance.
Assist in developing the compliance risk panorama and map, defining measurable objectives and specific measures, and performing daily checks to detect issues and risks.Operation of the Compliance Responsibility System: Manage the rep office's compliance responsibility system to ensure effective operation of compliance processes.
Track issue closure, prevent legal, operational, financial, and reputational risks arising from compliance gaps, and drive the achievement of compliance goals.Support for Compliance Guard Duty:



Assist the rep office compliance officer in pre-signing and signing-stage compliance oversight.
Collect relevant information, identify risks in low-value/low-risk projects, support the exercise of recommendation or veto rights, and help control and intercept risks.Compliance Culture Building: Support the compliance officer in fostering a strong compliance culture.
Organize enablement training to enhance employee awareness, and manage compliance publicity, training, exams, and commitment signing processesProfessional Knowledge:Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: Proven experience in compliance, risk management, or legal affairs, preferably within the ICT or telecommunications industry.Knowledge: Strong understanding of international trade compliance, anti-bribery laws, data privacy regulations, and financial compliance standards.Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and mitigate risks in complex business scenarios.Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.Attributes: High integrity, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to building a compliant business environment.Business Skills:Fluent in oral and written English (mandatory).
Strong logical thinking, communication, and teamwork abilities.Fast learner with a proactive attitude and strong information research skills.Insight into macroeconomic trends and regulatory changes is a plus.
