Responsabilidades del Puesto
Desarrollar e implementar planes de marketing y campañas promocionales para los productos de Augusta Life Sciences en el mercado colombiano.
Realizar análisis de mercado, identificando tendencias, oportunidades y amenazas, así como el comportamiento de la competencia.
Gestionar y actualizar bases de datos de clientes y prospectos, garantizando la calidad y segmentación de la información.
Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de ventas para alinear estrategias, proporcionar materiales de marketing y herramientas de apoyo.




Analizar datos de ventas, rendimiento de campañas y métricas de marketing para identificar áreas de mejora y optimización.
Preparar informes periódicos sobre el desempeño de marketing y ventas, presentando hallazgos y recomendaciones.
Participar en la organización y ejecución de eventos, ferias comerciales y seminarios para promocionar los productos de la compañía.
Apoyar en la creación de contenido para canales digitales (redes sociales, sitio web, email marketing) en coordinación con el equipo global.
Mantenerse actualizado sobre las regulaciones y tendencias del sector farmacéutico y biotecnológico.
Cualificaciones del Puesto
Título universitario en Marketing, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial o campos relacionados.
Mínimo de 2 años de experiencia comprobada en roles de marketing o análisis de ventas, preferiblemente en la industria farmacéutica, biotecnológica o de dispositivos médicos.
Dominio avanzado de herramientas de análisis de datos (Excel, Google Analytics, CRM, etc.).
Experiencia en la elaboración y ejecución de planes de marketing y campañas digitales.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita en español; nivel intermedio de inglés deseable.
Capacidad analítica para interpretar datos, identificar patrones y generar insights accionables.
Proactividad, orientación a resultados y capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y en equipo.
Conocimiento de las tendencias de marketing digital y estrategias de engagement de clientes.
Habilidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos y prioridades de manera efectiva.
