Bilingual Operations Manager (English B2+/C1)
Location: Calle 93, Bogotá
Work modality: On-site
Schedule: Full-time (42 hours/week)
Contract type: Management and Trust – Indefinite term
Compensation: $9,500,000 base salary + up to $2,000,000 in monthly performance bonuses
Who are we looking for?
We're seeking a results-oriented leader with solid experience in Customer Experience (CX), Inbound Call Management, and Cross-Selling strategies. The adecuado candidate has at least 12 months of experience in roles such as Operations Manager, Coordinator, or Account Manager, preferably in the BPO industry.
Requirements:
- English level: B2+ or higher (C1 preferred)
- Completed technical, technological, or professional degree in a related field
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams
- Strong understanding of operational KPIs
