The Job:

As a Supply Chain Analytics Data Analyst, you'll be part of our team working as an hybrid employee. You'll get to:

- Perform data quality assessments across supply chain master data and transactional datasets.
- Develop and execute reconciliation processes to compare and validate data across multiple enterprise systems including SAP, planning applications, reporting platforms, and data warehouses.
- Build complex Snowflake SQL queries to identify data discrepancies, missing records, duplicates, integration failures, and inconsistencies across systems.
- Create automated reconciliation logic and exception reporting to proactively identify data quality issues.
- Analyze end-to-end data flow and lineage between source systems and downstream applications.
- Perform root cause analysis of data defects and collaborate with business and technical teams to drive corrective actions.
- Partner with supply chain and IT teams to define and implement data quality rules, thresholds, and monitoring processes.
- Develop scorecards and KPI dashboards that measure and track data quality performance over time.
- Monitor ongoing data integrity for key supply chain processes and identify opportunities for process improvements.

Strong analytics expertise with the ability to translate complex supply chain data into actionable business insights and recommendations.





Hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports for business and operational stakeholders.

Advanced knowledge of Supply Chain KPIs, including service level, OTIF, inventory turns, forecast accuracy, fill rate, backorder, lead time, and supplier performance metrics.

Proficiency in writing and optimizing DAX queries and measures in Power BI to support scalable, insightful, and user-friendly reporting solutions.

Experience performing data analysis, trend identification, root cause analysis, and KPI performance tracking to drive continuous improvement across supply chain operations.

Ability to work with cross-functional teams to define reporting needs, build meaningful visualizations, and standardize performance measurement.

- Create and maintain Snowflake database objects — tables, views, materialized views, secure views, and stages — with appropriate structures, data types, and access patterns for analytics consumption.
- Use Snowflake Tasks and task trees to schedule and orchestrate recurring jobs, including automated snapshot capture of key datasets to support point-in-time reporting and historical trend analysis.
- Apply native Snowflake capabilities including Dynamic Tables, Snowpipe, Streams, Time Travel, zero-copy cloning, and clustering keys to build efficient, low-maintenance pipelines.
- Experience performing enterprise data reconciliation and data quality analysis across multiple systems.
- Strong understanding of supply chain master data and transactional data concepts.
- Proven experience developing optimized SQL-based reconciliation logic in Snowflake.
- Experience profiling and assessing large datasets for completeness, consistency,

validity, and accuracy.




- Experience creating data quality scorecards and exception dashboards in Power BI.
- Strong root cause analysis and troubleshooting skills for cross-system data issues.

Preferred Experience

- Working with dbt Framework
- Experience with data quality frameworks and profiling methodologies.
- Knowledge of supply chain data objects including material master, customer master, BOMs, inventory, purchase orders, sales orders, shipments, and forecasts.
- Exposure to enterprise data governance programs and master data initiatives.
