Sheldon Builders is a custom home builder and remodeling company serving Boulder and communities throughout Colorado's Front Range. We collaborate closely with architects, designers, and homeowners to create beautiful, functional homes built with craftsmanship, transparency, and attention to detail.
We are looking for a confident and organized Remote Appointment Setter to help us expand our network of residential architects and design professionals.
The primary focus of this role is to research qualified prospects, make consistent outbound calls, introduce Sheldon Builders, follow up professionally, and schedule introductory conversations for our leadership team. This is not a high-pressure sales-closing position. Success means starting meaningful conversations and placing qualified meetings on the calendar.
Responsibilities
- Research residential architects, architectural firms, interior designers,



and other potential referral partners throughout Boulder, Denver, and the Front Range
- Make consistent outbound calls to introduce Sheldon Builders and establish initial contact
- Follow up with prospects by phone, email, LinkedIn, and other appropriate channels
- Schedule qualified introductory meetings for the Sheldon Builders leadership team
- Maintain an organized database of prospects, contact information, specialties, and outreach history
- Track calls, follow-ups, responses, and scheduled appointments accurately in the CRM
- Engage professionally with architects and design professionals on LinkedIn, Instagram, and industry platforms
- Monitor industry websites and social media for potential relationship opportunities
- Assist with outreach campaigns and other business development initiatives
- Provide occasional administrative support as needed
