산업용, 선박용 및 차량용 엔진의 보증수리 업무와 유·무상 서비스 수행
유·무상 및 보증수리에 대한 Service Report 작성
유·무상 수리 완료 후 관련 수리품 관리
Engineering 팀 및 Engine Sales 팀과의 원활한 업무 협조 및 영업팀 지원
OEM(SOOSAN CSM, HCE, 현대에버다임, STX 엔진, TDCV 등)의 기술지원 요청에 따른 업무 지원
기타 Mobile Service 접수 문의 및 기술 자문 요청에 대한 기술 지원
서비스 접수 및 관련 내용 전달, 서비스 실시(필요 시 일정 협의 후 진행)
보증 Field Service의 경우, Service Report 및 Warranty Report 작성 후 관리자에게 제출
유상 Field Service의 경우, Service Report 작성 후 관리자에게 제출
작업장 정리 및 관리
영업지원 Field Service의 경우, 영업지원 P.O. 확인 및 발행 후 서비스 실시 및 Service Report 작성
OEM 및 기타 업체의 서비스 요청 시 엔진 번호, 보증기간 및 Cummins 공급품 여부를 확인한 후 서비스 실시 또는 지역 대리점 통보 및 기술 지원
Timesheet 작성 및 가이던스 시스템에 보고서 작성, 작업 전 JSA 작성
개인 지급 공구 관리
회사 HSE 정책, 작업 안전 절차 및 관련 법규를 준수하고, 작업 전 위험성 평가(JSA)를 통해 위험요소를 사전에 확인·통제하며, 현장 위험·사고·안전수칙 미준수 사항을 즉시 보고 및 조치




중대한 안전 위험이 발견될 경우 작업을 중단하고 관리자 또는 관련 담당자에게 즉시 보고하여, 안전하고 규정을 준수하는 서비스 환경을 유지

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

학력: 전문대 졸업 이상
내연기관 엔진에 대한 기본적인 이해 및 서비스 경력 보유
자동차 엔진 정비 또는 건설기계 정비 경력 보유자 우대
엔진 구조에 대한 전반적인 이해 및 서비스 경험
자동차 정비 또는 건설기계 정비 관련 자격증 소지자 우대
전자제어 엔진 및 후처리 시스템이 적용된 엔진 관련 자격 보유자 및 관련 업종 경험자 우대
컴퓨터 활용 능력(OA 및 PC 활용)
영어 능력: 영어 독해 및 작문 가능
운전면허 소지자(2종 보통 이상)
해외 출장 가능자
