*We’re Hiring: Data Analyst | Power BI & HubSpot*

We’re looking for a *Data Analyst* to join our team and help transform data into actionable insights that support business and client decision-making.

*What You’ll Do*

•⁠ ⁠Build and maintain *Power BI dashboards and reports* to track KPIs across Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

•⁠ ⁠Manage, clean, and analyze data within *HubSpot*, including contacts, deals, pipelines, and campaign performance.

•⁠ ⁠Identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps, providing *actionable insights* to leadership and client stakeholders.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure *data accuracy, consistency, and integrity* across platforms and reporting systems.

•⁠ ⁠Support ad hoc reporting, analysis, and business intelligence requests.

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and translate business questions into data-driven solutions.

*What We’re Looking For*

•⁠ ⁠*3+ years of experience* as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role.

•⁠ ⁠Proven hands-on experience with *HubSpot*, including reporting,



data management, pipelines, and workflows.

•⁠ ⁠Strong proficiency in *Power BI*, including DAX, data modeling, and dashboard design.

•⁠ ⁠Advanced *Excel* skills.

•⁠ ⁠*SQL experience is a plus.*

•⁠ ⁠Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent *English communication skills*, both written and verbal.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to clearly communicate data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
