We are looking for a highly motivated B2B SaaS Outbound Cold Caller to join our growing team and help introduce an innovative AI-powered SaaS solution to companies in the security systems industry.
About the Role:
- As a B2B SaaS Outbound Cold Caller, you will proactively reach out to businesses that offer security system maintenance, service, and protection plans.
- Your primary goal is to identify qualified decision-makers, communicate the value of our AI-powered SaaS solution, qualify prospects, and schedule high-quality product demonstrations for the sales team.
- This role is idóneo for someone who enjoys phone-based sales, is comfortable with high-volume outbound calling, is resilient when handling rejection, and is passionate about creating new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold and warm calls to B2B prospects.
- Navigate gatekeepers to reach key decision-makers, including Operations Managers, Service Directors, and Business Owners.
- Clearly communicate the value proposition of the AI-powered SaaS platform.
- Qualify prospects based on defined criteria.
- Schedule qualified product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Handle objections and maintain a professional, engaging conversation with prospects.
- Accurately update call activities, notes, and appointments in HubSpot.
- Maintain organized prospect records and follow-up schedules.
- Consistently meet and exceed qualified meeting-booking targets.
Required Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of B2B outbound cold calling, telemarketing, or sales development experience.
- Experience selling or prospecting for SaaS solutions is highly preferred.
- Experience in the security systems or field service industry is a significant advantage.
- Proven track record of consistently booking qualified B2B meetings.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree is required.
Communication Skills:
- Native-level English fluency.
- Clear, professional, and neutral accent suitable for calling busines
