Position Overview

Mapora Consulting is looking for a Business Development Manager to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities between international companies and the Colombian market.

The role is focused on market development, lead generation, relationship building, and commercial conversion. The idóneo candidate is highly proactive, commercially oriented,



and comfortable working independently in a performance-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and qualify potential international clients, suppliers, distributors, partners, and buyers.

* Generate and develop new business leads through networking, research, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach.

* Understand client solutions and identify relevant opportunities within the Colombian market.

* Develop relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.

* Coordinate introductions and meetings between international companies and potential Colombian partners or customers.

* Manage opportunities throughout the commercial pipeline, from initial contact through negotiation and closing.

* Support market-entry and business-development strategies for international companies.

* Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, contacts, and commercial activity.
