About The Job
*The Performance Analytics Head will oversee the company’s performance analytics strategy, driving data-driven insights to optimize operations, improve decision-making, and enhance overall business performance. This leadership role will be responsible for leading a team of analysts and working cross-functionally with various departments to monitor, assess, and improve the company's performance in key areas.*
- Lead the performance analytics function, aligning analytics initiatives with organizational goals and business priorities.
- Develop and implement performance measurement frameworks and key performance indicators across multiple business functions.
- Oversee the collection, analysis,



and reporting of business performance data to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
- Partner with senior leaders to support data-driven decision-making and identify opportunities to improve growth, efficiency, and profitability.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing analytics team while fostering collaboration and continuous learning.
- Prepare and deliver performance reports, business reviews, and executive presentations that translate complex analyses into clear narratives.
- Collaborate with teams across finance, marketing, operations, and technology to ensure alignment on performance objectives and measurement standards.

About You
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in performance analytics, business intelligence, or a similar field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tabl
