We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and translate business requirements into effective solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
This role will be responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements, facilitating stakeholder discussions, designing functional solutions, and supporting Salesforce processes and configurations. The idóneo candidate will have strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM processes, hands-on experience with Flow Builder and Agentforce, and the ability to bridge business needs with technical capabilities.
You have:
- 3–5+ years of experience in Salesforce Business Analysis or a related Salesforce functional role.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow Builder.
- Salesforce Administration experience or strong knowledge of Salesforce platform configuration.
- Experience with Agentforce.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM processes, including Leads, Accounts, and Opportunities.
- Basic to intermediate SQL skills for data validation and analysis.
- Experience gathering requirements, facilitating stakeholder discussions, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English skills (C1/C2 English Level).
Nice to have:
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Snowflake experience.
- Familiarity with Customer 360.
- Experience supporting analytics and reporting initiatives.
- Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts.
- Experience working with marketing technology or GTM systems.
