As an Compensation Specialist your responsibilities will be:
- Support the completion of the Job Architecture project, including job catalog validation, job family alignment, job leveling reviews, and documentation updates.
- Conduct job evaluations and compensation analyses to support hiring, promotions, transfers, organizational design changes, and business growth initiatives.




- Administer compensation processes, including salary benchmarking, market pricing, salary offer reviews, and compensation recommendations.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to provide timely solutions to compensation-related requests.
- Support compensation data validation, reporting, and organizational structure governance within SuccessFactors.
- Participate in testing, process documentation, and implementation activities related to SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.

In addition, you can make a difference if you meet:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Compensation, including job evaluation, salary structures, compensation analysis, and market benchmarking.
- Knowledge of compensation practices, including market salary surveys, job valuation methodologie
