We’re looking for a
hands-on Machine Learning Engineer
to join a newly formed
AI Delivery Team
focused on turning Generative AI and Agentic AI into real, production-ready solutions.

You’ll work at the intersection of
AI, software engineering, data, and business
, building intelligent applications that can reason, retrieve information, make decisions, and execute multi-step workflows to solve enterprise challenges and transform quality engineering processes.

What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI applications using
Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Vertex AI, Gemini
, and related services.
- Develop
Agentic AI solutions
capable of reasoning, retrieval, decision-making, and multi-step workflow execution.
- Build and optimize
RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
architectures using structured and unstructured enterprise data.




- Create AI agents that interact with enterprise data platforms such as
BigQuery
.
- Develop
APIs and backend services
to power AI applications and integrations.
- Partner with business stakeholders, data scientists, and software engineers to turn business needs into scalable AI solutions.
- Integrate AI capabilities into existing enterprise systems, platforms, and workflows.
- Implement
monitoring, observability, evaluation, governance, and operational support
for AI systems in production.
- Drive AI initiatives end-to-end, from
proof of concept through production deployment and continuous optimization
.

What we are looking for
- 5+ years
of experience in Machine Learning Engineering, AI Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience building and deploying
production-grade ML or AI applications
.
- Strong hands-on experience with
Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
and enterprise AI/ML solutions.
