Valpo Agency is a U.S.-based digital marketing company specializing in lead generation for home service businesses, including tree services and remodeling companies.

We are hiring an experienced Director of Paid Media to lead strategy and performance across both Google Ads and Meta Ads.

About the Role

This is a senior
player-coach
position.

You will set the paid media strategy, direct our Google Ads and Meta Ads specialists, review account performance, and take ownership of results across the department.

You must also be comfortable getting into the weeds. When an account needs to be audited, rebuilt, launched, troubleshot, or optimized, you should be able to personally step into Google Ads or Meta Ads and do the work at a high level.

You will work closely with our Operations Manager and Client Success team to align campaign strategy with client goals, lead quality, budgets, seasonality, and operational capacity.

You will also help us hire, train,



and develop additional paid media specialists as the department grows.

Responsibilities
- Own paid media strategy across Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Direct, coach, and hold Google Ads and Meta Ads specialists accountable
- Develop channel strategies based on client goals, budgets, markets, services, and seasonality
- Review account performance, campaign structure, targeting, budgets, tracking, and testing plans
- Personally audit, build, troubleshoot, and optimize campaigns when needed
- Oversee Google Search, Local Services Ads, Performance Max, and remarketing campaigns
- Oversee Meta lead-generation, conversion, retargeting, audience, offer, and creative-testing strategies
- Monitor cost per lead, lead quality, booked jobs, customer acquisition cost, and return on ad spend
- Ensure conversion tracking and attribution are accurate across Google, Meta, GTM, GA4, call-tracking platforms, and CRMs
