What You'll Do
Monitor team performance by conducting daily reviews of sales metrics and CRM data. Provide field support and coaching by accompanying team members on visits to enhance their sales techniques. Implement and adapt commercial strategies in the field to align with company objectives. Compile and analyze field data weekly to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience supervising field sales teams with at least 2 years of demonstrated ability to lead and manage sales representatives. Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions, interpreting sales metrics and CRM data effectively. Excellent communication and leadership skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
