What You'll Do
Manage and maintain relationships with VIP/high-value clients. Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts and provide personalized service. Monitor client activity and performance metrics, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Handle escalations and complex client issues efficiently while coordinating with internal departments.
What We're Looking For
Fluency in Spanish is mandatory and advanced command of English is required. Previous experience as an Account Manager, VIP Manager, or similar role is necessary, preferably in iGaming, fintech, or online services. An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret client data and a results-driven approach focused on revenue and retention are essential.
