Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
Design and analyze structural systems for data centers and other mission-critical facilities.
Develop structural calculations, reports, specifications, and construction documents.
Design steel, reinforced concrete, masonry,



and foundation systems for new construction and renovation projects.
Coordinate structural designs with architectural, civil, mechanical, electrical, and telecommunications disciplines.
Support development of structural solutions for equipment foundations, rooftop equipment, generator yards, and critical infrastructure.
Perform structural assessments, field investigations, and condition evaluations.
Participate in design reviews and quality control processes to ensure compliance with Pond standards and client requirements.
Assist with construction administration activities, including RFIs, submittal reviews, and site observations.
Support project managers in maintaining schedules, budgets, and technical deliverables.
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders throughout project execution.
