Become part of a community of experts dedicated to ensuring high-quality, cost-effective healthcare worldwide.As an Associate Clinical Specialist, you will provide clinical and technical support during procedures within electrophysiology and cardiac rhythm management environments. You will deliver on-site education and training to healthcare professionals to help optimize patient outcomes, while supporting the safe and effective adoption of Medtronic technologies. You will partner closely with clinical and commercial teams to drive therapy adoption, support the growth of key accounts, and enhance the overall customer experience. Through hands‑on experience, training, and certification programs, you will continue building your clinical expertise and professional development. This role supports the Bogotá and operates under a FlexWork model.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:Provide on-site education, clinical consulting,



and technical support during electrophysiology and cardiac rhythm management proceduresDeliver field support to healthcare professionals in providing services to Medtronic customers and achieving the best possible patient outcomesPartner with sales colleagues to develop and execute sales plans across one or more business unitsParticipate in conventions, forums, and meetings to increase product awareness and knowledgeWork closely with the Clinical Lead, Clinical Management, and Regional Commercial teams to provide customer and sales supportIdentify and facilitate the execution of sales growth opportunities and clinical support initiativesServe as a technical resource to support the sales of a specific medical device product or solutionRequired Knowledge and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Physiotherapy, Respiratory Therapy, or a related healthcare fieldMinimum of 1-2 years of experience in clinical environments, providing support with medical devicesExperience working in electrophysiology environments, supporting physicians and clinical teams during electrophysiology studies, cardiac mapping and ablation proceduresProficiency in English (minimum B2 level required)Valid driver's licensePhysical Job RequirementsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.Benefits & CompensationMedtronic offers a competitive Salary and versátil Benefits PackageA commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
