rules‑based activitiesCollaborate with developers and IT teams to support AI‑assisted applications (e.G., Claude-coded apps), including testing, validation, and refinement.Ensure solutions are practical, maintainable, and aligned with business and operational requirements.Process Governance & Standardization SupportMaintain a centralized inventory of process maps, automation solutions, and supporting documentation.Apply and follow enterprise standards for process mapping, documentation, and automation design.Ensure documentation is accurate, controlled, and maintained as a reusable organizational asset.Support broader process harmonization initiatives through consistent execution and documentation practices.Performance Measurement & Continuous ImprovementDefine and track KPIs and metrics related to process efficiency and automation performance.Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying process issues and recommend corrective actions.Support continuous improvement initiatives using structured methodologies (e.G., Lean, Six Sigma principles).Ensure implemented solutions deliver measurable and sustainable operational improvements.Stakeholder Engagement & Change EnablementCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, validate solutions, and ensure alignment with operational needs.Facilitate workshops and working sessions to support process understanding and solution design.Support change management activities, including communication,
