We're building our in-house marketing department and we need a Growth Marketer who's genuinely excited to own the numbers behind that growth.
This role owns paid media strategy and execution across Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, tied directly to real pipeline and revenue, not just impressions. You'll also own outbound outreach and lead generation, run email marketing end to end, and write the creative briefs that tell our Graphic Designer and Video Editor exactly what content and assets you need so they can deliver content that actually converts.

What You'll Do
Own paid media strategy and execution across Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, tied to ROAS and cost per lead
Run outbound outreach and lead generation: prospecting, sequencing, and follow up that turns into booked meetings
Run email marketing end to end: monthly newsletter, list segmentation, and win-back sequences for leads and past clients




Write creative briefs for the Graphic Designer and Video Editor so campaign assets are ready on time
Review leads in HubSpot and FreshSales and make sure nothing falls through the cracks
Sync with the Digital Marketer to keep paid and organic moving as one story

What We're Looking For
A portfolio is required at application: metrics from previous paid campaigns, case studies, and/or landing pages you've built. This is non-negotiable
At least 2 years inside a marketing agency or in-house growth team, managing paid budgets or campaigns across multiple brands or clients simultaneously. Non-negotiable
At least 2 years of hands-on experience with AI tools already integrated into your daily workflow: Gemini, Claude, and ChatGPT. Non-negotiable
Proven experience managing $5,000+ per month in paid media budget across Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and/or TikTok Ads
Real, hands-on experience with outbound and cold outreach: prospect
