We're bringing video fully in house, and this is your role if you love the idea of your work showing up everywhere: social channels, training content, and leadership personal branding on LinkedIn.
You're a wizard with high-end motion graphics and VFX, and you know After Effects and Premiere Pro like the back of your hand. You'll own all of our video editing, motion graphics, and color work: scroll-stopping social videos, internal training videos, and personal branding videos for leadership.
You already work, or have worked, inside a marketing agency, video editing agency, or creative studio. This is a must.

What You'll Do
Edit scroll-stopping social videos, adding the motion graphics and VFX that make them pop
Color grade and polish pieces that are almost ready to publish
Cut training videos and personal branding videos for leadership LinkedIn content
Turn around same-day revision requests without breaking a sweat
Organize footage and templates so every next edit moves faster
Work from creative briefs and collaborate closely with the marketing team

What We're Looking For




Current or previous experience inside a marketing agency, video editing agency, or creative studio, editing for multiple brands or clients at once.
At least 3 years of experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve, with strong, high-end motion graphics and VFX work.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience with AI video and creative tools already integrated into your daily workflow: HeyGen (must have), Artlist, and Higgsfield.
A portfolio is required at application, showcasing your best work, especially social edits, motion graphics, and VFX
Comfortable with fast turnarounds and a steady weekly delivery cadence
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, agency or startup, with last-minute changes and quick execution. This is not an entry-level position
English B2 or higher

Nice to Have
Fluent Spanish
Strong color grading and sound design skills
Experience creating short-form conte
