We are seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineering Manager with JavaScript to join our general AI Engineering team and help build secure, enterprise-grade AI Agents at scale.

In this role, you will help shape the technical direction for intelligent, user-facing agentic interfaces, frontend platforms, and streaming UX experiences that deliver GenAI capabilities to employees and customers. You will act as a hands-on technical lead,



guiding a team of engineers and contributing to engineering standards and practices within your area of ownership.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the technical roadmap for frontend architectures, component libraries, and real-time streaming features powering AI agents across web and mobile
Participate in the design of high-performance frontend solutions with low latency, SSE/WebSocket streaming, and AI interaction patterns
Lead and mentor a team of engineers, promoting technical quality and alignment on shared component libraries and AI design standards
Support the design and evolution of frontend interfaces and SDKs that bring AI agent capabilities to employees and customers
Help define architectural approaches for Agentic Experiences (AX) on web and mobile, including real-time response streaming and low-latency interactions
Promote frontend observability, accessibility (WCAG/a11y), and operational excellence within your team and across user-facing AI servi
