Job Description
In this role,



you will support O-I's sustainability and energy performance goals by partnering with manufacturing plants and key stakeholders across the business. The role combines energy management, data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder engagement to drive energy efficiency, support sustainability initiatives, and deliver actionable insights. Working closely with global and regional teams, the specialist helps promote best practices, supports sustainability reporting, and contributes to achieving O-I's energy and carbon reduction objectives.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Support manufacturing plants in the use of energy management tools, reporting systems, and performance metrics.
Monitor, analyze, and report energy performance data, identifying trends, opportunities, and best practices.
Facilitate energy leader communities, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Develop and promote energy management guidelines, KPIs, and continuous improveme
