Role Description The Project Brand Manager – Fragrance is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing end-to-end brand and product initiatives within the fragrance portfolio. This role manages project timelines, budgets, and cross-functional communication to ensure successful launches and ongoing brand performance. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with product development, creative, marketing, and operations teams; briefing and reviewing packaging and campaign assets; and aligning brand positioning across all channels.



The Project Brand Manager analyzes market trends and consumer insights to inform brand strategy, supports go-to-market planning, and monitors performance metrics to optimize campaigns and product assortments. This position also maintains relationships with external partners and vendors while ensuring that projects meet quality, regulatory, and brand standards.
Qualifications
Brand and product management skills, including experience leading fragrance or beauty projects from concept to launch.
Project management capabilities, such as managing timelines, budgets, and cross-functional workflows.
Marketing and omnichannel experience, including digital, social, retail, and influencer-driven strategies.
